Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 large can fruit cocktail
1 beaten egg
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 stick melted margarine or butter
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Add fruit cocktail, egg and 1 stick melted butter or margarine.
Mix about 30 seconds.
Don't overmix.
Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with brown sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Take from oven and pour 1/4 stick melted margarine or butter over cake.
