Easy Bake Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix and pour into unbaked graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Chill before serving.
Garnish with your favorite fruit topping.
Serves 8.
