Hot Cheesy-Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can peppers (optional; I don't use any, I think the hot sausage is enough)
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, sausage and onion.
    Melt cheese in crock-pot, adding tomatoes and mushroom soup (and peppers, if desired) as cheese melts.
    Add cooked meat and onion.
    (Be sure the meat is drained well when you finish frying.) Keep warm with medium heat in crock-pot.
