Smoked Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. broccoli flowerets (1 1/2-inch each)
    1 medium bell pepper, cut into strips
    1/2 c. celery, cut in 1/4-inch diagonal slices
    1/2 c. carrots, cut in 1/4-inch diagonal slices
    1 small onion, sliced and separated
    1 lb. beef smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add broccoli, pepper, celery, carrots and onion.
    Stir-fry over moderately high heat for 4 minutes.
    Add sausage, tomato and soy sauce.
    Cover and simmer 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
