Potatoes In Blue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 small \"new\" red potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. Blue cheese, crumbled
Preparation

Wash potatoes; remove a \"ring\" of peeling from center of each. Leave remaining peel.
In a saucepan, boil potatoes in enough water to cover potatoes.
Cook until done but still firm.
Drain water.
