Beef And Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 large chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 bay leaf
    1 garlic clove
    1 qt. tomato juice
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 c. diced carrots
Preparation
    Brown beef, garlic and onion.
    Drain off fat.
    Put remaining ingredients in kettle and boil.
    Turn down heat; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add meat mixture.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
