Layered Butterscotch Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 sticks melted margarine
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. burned sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, margarine and pecans.
    Press into a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Cool.
