Broccoli And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
 
2 c. cubed, cooked ham
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. buttermilk baking mix
3 c. milk
4 eggs
Preparation
- 
                            Cook broccoli only enough to thaw; drain well.
 
Arrange in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Layer ham and cheese over broccoli.
Beat baking mix with milk and eggs until smooth.
Slowly pour over cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
