Lemon Bonbons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix butter and sugar until very light and fluffy.
Add cornstarch and flour, mixing well.
Chill dough.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Place balls on nuts scattered on wax paper.
Flatten with bottom of glass, dipped in flour.
With spatula, place cookies on ungreased cookie sheet, nut side up.
Bake 15 minutes.
Cool and frost with Bonbon Frosting.
