Beef Balls With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. finely cut onion
    1 tsp. salt
    flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine meat, milk, crumbs, onion and salt.
    Shape into 18 balls.
    Roll in flour.
    Brown on all sides in shortening.
    Mix soup and water in casserole dish.
    Put the drained meat balls in the casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown on top.
