Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. garlic juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1/2 lb. Italian lasagne noodles
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown
    ground
    chuck, onion and garlic juice.
    Pour off fat. Stir
    in
    spaghetti sauce.
    Let simmer about 20 minutes. Stir
    in cottage
    cheese.
    Cook noodles until tender.
    Drain. Arrange layers of noodles, sauce and cheeses.
    Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can be frozen.
