No Peek Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef, cut in cubes
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 (8 oz.) mushrooms and juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    rinse can with 1/2 can water
    1/2 c. wine (optional)
Preparation
    Put beef in 3-quart casserole.
    Add other ingredients in order given.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 3 hours. Do not peek.
    Serve with rice, noodles or diced potatoes.
