Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. low-calorie margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    3 c. low-calorie milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    5 c. cooked elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Heat margarine in a large saucepan until melted, over low heat.
    Add flour, mustard, salt, onion powder and white pepper. Cook until bubbly, about 1 minute, stirring constantly with wire whisk.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in 1 cup cheese and stir until cheese melts.
    Stir in macaroni.
    Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 12.
