Duck Braised - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ducks, cut up
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. cream
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Season the duck; melt butter in large skillet.
    Flour duck and fry until brown on each side.
    Remove from pan and cook onion and celery in drippings until tender.
    Return duck to pan and add cream.
    Cover.
    Cook over low heat about 1 hour or until tender.
