Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    3 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast
    in warm water and add remaining ingredients. Mix
    well.
    Roll
    out
    on
    floured board 1/4-inch thick. Cut and dip in melted butter.
    Let rise one hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
