Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine pecans, cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar and set aside.
    Blend flour, baking powder and soda.
    Cream butter with remaining cup of sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Fold in dry ingredients.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Top with half of cinnamon-nut mixture.
    Cover with remaining batter.
    Top with remaining cinnamon-nut mixture.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 9 servings.
