Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 sweet potatoes
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Peel the potatoes and slice crosswise having round slices. Place in a heavy saucepan. Add sugar, water and margarine.
    Cook over low heat until potatoes are tender and liquid has made a light syrup.
