Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. biscuit mix
1 lb. cheese (mild)
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grate cheese and let stand at room temperature.
Add biscuit mix and sausage.
Roll in small balls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
