Forgotten Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. roast
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    potatoes, carrots and onions
Preparation
    Place roast on a large piece of foil and arrange vegetables around it.
    Sprinkle meat and vegetables with dry onion soup mix, then spoon undiluted mushroom soup on top.
    Wrap loosely with foil, making sure it is sealed at top and sides.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 hours.
