Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cut up chicken
1 c. chopped celery
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (for later)
1 c. potato chips (for later)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except cheese and potato chips. Spread 1/2 mixture into a buttered casserole; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese, then rest of the mixture.
Top with rest of cheese and crumbled chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
