Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 small diced onion
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large frying chicken
Preparation
-
Cut up chicken; brown quickly in hot oil.
Place in iron skillet.
Mix all the other ingredients up.
Pour mixture over browned chicken.
Bring to boil; reduce heat to low.
Cook slowly, until real tender.
Cook with lid on.
