Amaretto Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. Amaretto
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
whipped cream
maraschino cherries

Preparation

Combine Amaretto and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Combine ice cream and Amaretto mixture in food processor; mix until smooth.
Pour into 6 parfait glasses and freeze.
Garnish with whipped cream and cherries.
Serves 6.
