Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. white wine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put all dry ingredients in large Ziploc bag.
    Cut up fryer.
    Shake chicken in bag to coat with seasonings. Arrange in baking pan (13 x 9-inch).
    Pour water in bottom. Sprinkle with melted butter and oil.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
    Pour wine over chicken.
    Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and cover; bake 15 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes.
