1/2 C. creamy peanut butter
1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 C. all purpose flour
Preparation

In large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until creamy. Beat in sugars, egg, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla until well blended.
Mix in flour until thoroughly combined.
Form mixture into 1 inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Dip tines of fork into flour and flatten dough in a criss-cross pattern.
Bake at 375\u00b0 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned.
