Tuscany Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices French bread, cut 1/2-inch thick
    3 Tbsp. butter at room temperature
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. pesto
    1 c. shredded Muenster cheese
    1/2 c. chopped fresh spinach
    1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh basil
    1/4 c. diced fresh tomatoes
    3 lemon wedges
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Spread bread with butter and garlic.
    Toast in oven.
    Top with pesto.
    Add half the cheese, spinach and then the remaining cheese.
    Scatter chopped tomatoes across the top and sprinkle with basil and oregano.
    Bake in oven 5 minutes at 375 degrees.
    Cut slices in half and garnish plate with lemon wedges.
