Corn Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 2/3 c. kernel corn (fresh or canned)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    bacon or sausage
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light.
    Mix in corn, salt, pepper and flour.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into corn mixture. Fry in bacon fat (or butter/oil) until golden.
    Turn and do other side.
    Serves 4 to 5 people.
    They puff up nicely.
