2 carrots, cut in julienne strips
2 celery stalks, cut in julienne strips
1 large onion, cut in julienne strips
1/4 c. margarine
5 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk or half and half
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
10 oz. grated natural Cheddar cheese
1 can Green Giant \"Niblets\" corn
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
