Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. cake flour
1 1/2 c. unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
6 eggs, at room temperature
Preparation

Sift cake flour into small bowl and set aside.
With mixer on medium-high speed, cream butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Stop mixer once or twice to scrape bowl with a rubber spatula. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat on medium after each addition, about 10 seconds, scraping bowl each time.
Mix 30 seconds longer.
