Creamy Tuna Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (12 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 c. shredded American or Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, stir together flour, mayonnaise, onion and mustard.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, or until mixture thickens. Gradually stir in cheese.
    In greased 2-quart casserole, stir together cheese mixture, cooked macaroni and tuna.
    In pan, melt margarine and stir in bread crumbs; sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 6 servings.
