Vidalia Onion Peel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-4 vidalia onions
    2 tbsp. butter
    1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 cups milk
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until transparent.
    Place onions in pastry shell.
    Combine eggs, salt, paprika and milk and mix well. Pour egg liquid over onions.
    Bake at 375F for 25-20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Yield 6 to 8 servings.
