Buttered Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, sliced thinly
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large Dutch oven, add cabbage to boiling salted water. Cook, uncovered, on low for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain cabbage and toss with butter and pepper before serving.
