Peach Daiquiri Ice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can peach slices (juice pack)
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. rum
    1/4 tsp. finely shredded lime peel
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation
    Drain peaches, reserving 2 tablespoons of juice.
    In a blender, combine peach slices, sugar, rum, lime peel, lime juice and reserved peach juice.
    Cover and blend until smooth.
    Pour into loaf pan.
    Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm. Let stand at room temperature before serving.
