Sausage Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread with crusts removed
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. Deans country sausage
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Arrange half of bread in single layer in bottom of large, flat-bottomed baking dish.
    Cook sausage in skillet until slightly browned.
    Drain and layer over bread.
    Top with layer of cheese, then another layer of bread.
    Beat eggs and mustard.
    Add milk and blend.
    Pour over bread.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Let stand a few minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
