Jamaican Jerk Chicken Skewers(Instead Of Skewers, Cut A Whole Chicken Into Pieces) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. minced green onions
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    3/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon and salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size chunks
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a glass or stainless steel bowl.
    Mix well.
    Rinse the chicken under cold water, pat dry with paper towels and place in a large sealable plastic bag.
    Pour in the marinade, seal the bag, then tip and turn it, so all the chicken is coated.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours, up to 25 hours.
