Bottom Round Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. bottom round roast
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place 30 x 18-inch piece of heavy aluminum foil in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Place meat on foil and brush with melted margarine.
    Sprinkle soup mix over top of meat and spread mushroom soup over meat.
    Fold foil over meat and seal securely.
    Cook in 300\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
