Shell Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. shell macaroni, cook, drain and rinse
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 can (soup can) milk
    8 oz. sour cream
    garlic salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 small can sliced black olives
    6 slices smoked beef, cubed
Preparation
    Bring to boil and add macaroni.
    Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
