Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    16 Ritz crackers
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and baking powder together until stiff.
    Add sugar gradually and beat again.
    Fold in crackers and nuts.
    Bake in greased 9-inch pie pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool for 2 hours.
    Before serving, spread with whipped cream.
