Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. milk
2 heaping Tbsp. plain flour
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix with a whisk all ingredients together.
Put in a heavy saucepan; place on a medium temperature burner and cook until thick, stirring all the time, with the whisk (about 10 minutes). Pour into a 9 or 10-inch baked pie shell.
Top with meringue or Cool Whip.
