Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and margarine.
    Blend until you have fine crumbs.
    Reserve 1 cup of crumbs.
    To remainder of crumbs, add buttermilk, soda and egg.
    Mix well.
    Pour batter into 2 (8-inch) greased pans.
    Top with cup of reserved crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm in center.
