June'S Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 4 garlic cloves
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder (optional)
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Rub pan with cut garlic cloves.
Leave in pan.
Add water and vinegar.
If desired, add chili powder.
Cook 2 minutes.
Remove garlic.
Toss cheese with flour until cheese is coated with flour. Add cheese to liquid.
Stir until cheese melts and mixture starts to boil.
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
Keep warm over candle or hot water.
Serve with cubes of toasted garlic bread or if you use chili powder, taco chips may be used.
Serve with a simple salad for a complete meal.
