Cranberries In The Snow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh cranberries
    1 large pkg. Jell-o
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (9-oz.) pkg. Cream cheese
    1 qt. jar marshmallow cream
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 pt. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cook cranberries in 3/4 c. water.
    Add jell-o and sugar.
    Mix well. Add pineapple and half the pecans. Pour into clear Pyrex dish. Refrigerate overnight. The next morning, prepare topping. Whip cream cheese, Cool Whip and marshmallow cream together. Spread over cranberry mixture and top with remaining pecans.
