Grace Kelley'S Irish Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/4 c. raisins
    2 eggs
Preparation
    In large bowl sift dry ingredients; add raisins.
    Beat eggs, butter and milk together.
    Fold into dry mixture.
    Mix until well moistened - do not beat.
    Pour into 9 x5-inch loaf pan which has been well greased.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 50-60 minutes.
    *Note - to make buttermilk:
    1 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 c. vinegar.
    Let stand awhile.
