Auburn Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    4 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and egg yolks.
    Mix all dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Beat all together. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Fold in egg whites carefully.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
