Empanadas(Meat Patties) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    olive oil
    1/2 c. green olives, halved
    6 garlic cloves, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    4 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 pkg. Goya Sazon
    2 pkg. Goya Discos para Empanadas (in freezer section)
Preparation
    Cook and drain ground beef.
    In small amount of olive oil, saute green olives, garlic, onion, bell pepper and salt for 5 minutes.
    Add beef, tomato sauce and Goya Sazon.
    Cover and simmer on low heat for 1/2 hour.
    Let cool before stuffing discos.
