Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 tsp. lemon
    3 c. peeled, chopped apples
    3 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except apples and pecans.
    Beat well, then add apples and pecans.
    Bake in loaf or tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    When cake is done, remove from oven.
    Leave the cake in the pan and glaze (recipe follows).
