Cream Of Broccoli Soup By Pat Schaub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 1/2 qt. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. celery
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. milk
    2 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil water, then add salt, pepper, broccoli, celery and onions and cook until tender.
    Lower heat to simmer and add margarine, cheese and milk.
    Stir cornstarch with a little water and add to thicken just a little.
