Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. raw chicken tenders (approximately 1 lb.)
1 large onion, chopped
soft tortilla shells
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 whole green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 whole red or yellow pepper, seeded and chopped
Lawry's powdered taco seasoning
lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa and cheese for garnishes
Preparation

Saute chicken tenders in oil in frying pan or wok until cooked through.
Add peppers and onions.
Saute until vegetables are tender.
Add taco seasoning and water.
Cover and simmer until sauce has boiled down to a thick paste.
Serve in tortillas with garnishes.
