Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet green peppers
    6 sweet red peppers
    6 medium onions
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dill seed
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions separately; drain.
    Combine pepper and onion pulp.
    Cover with boiling water.
    Let stand 5 minutes; drain.
    Add sugar, water, vinegar, salt and dill seed.
    Boil gently 5 minutes.
    Fill jars and process in boiling water 5 minutes.
