Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. coarsely ground meat
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    4 c. chopped onion
    4 to 8 chili pods (according to how hot you like it)
    4 Tbsp. salt
    3 qt. tomato juice
    1 lb. cooked, mashed pinto beans
    4 to 6 c. cracker or bread crumbs, finely crumbled
    1 lb. ground suet
    1/4 c. chili powder
    4 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Roll the meat in all the flour you can get to stick.
    Cook in a large pot until gray; stir often, do not brown.
    Add 3 quarts water, then add remaining ingredients through the tomato juice, cooking very slowly.
    Add the beans and crumbs last.
    Simmer in large pot or electric roaster.
    May be frozen.
    Makes 50 cups.
