Magic Pan House Salad Dressing For Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. white wine tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients.
Chill at least 20 minutes. Whisk again before serving.
Serve over salad of leaf lettuce, spinach, bacon bits, mandarin oranges (drained) and almond slices. Goes well with main dish of crepes.
